The Growing Project CIC is a community business based in Pensilva,Cornwall.
Kenwyn is a site of about 1 acre, owned by Ruth Wilson, in the center of a large village and includes her house.
We have a fantastic team of volunteers, who have made all this possible. They are:
Ivan, Emma, Sarah, Martin, Rosie, Matthew, Becky, Alex, Lara and Paddy.

Our Board of Directors are:
Ruth Wilson – Project Co-ordinator
Ruth has 30 years experience working with disadvantaged young people, most recently providing supported lodgings at Kenwyn. She has many years fund-raising and project management experience, contributed the use of some of the land at Kenwyn to the project and supports the volunteers in their work.
Gillian Pace – Treasurer
Gillian has been a food industry professional for twenty years, working in a variety of capacities from baker to restaurateur. She was running a business from her mid-teens, is passionate about fresh local produce and excels at empowering people with the skills and information they need to feed themselves well.
Sara Rogers – Chair
Sarah is a secondary school special needs teacher and has extensive experience of working in areas of multiple deprivation. She is also the parent of 2 children with special needs and has a keen awareness of their needs in relation to training and skills acquisition.
